There has recently been a huge increase in people providing physical therapy for pets, and the qualifications of the people providing this service vary widely. It's a good idea to get someone who is trained in Rehabilitation/Physical Therapy and Veterinary Technology with experience working with dogs.
Besides being dually licensed in Physical Therapy and Veterinary Technology, I am also certified in Canine Rehabilitation from the Canine Rehab Institute in Florida. My qualifications also include 10 years of experience in rehabilitating dogs while working closely with a Veterinary Orthopedic Surgeon.
